HGSS Presents: Springtime Soirée

You're cordially invited to be a vendor at our next HGSS event: Springtime Soirée! Please read the acknowledgements below and pay for your vendor fee within 72 hours of receiving approvals. 

— I acknowledge that the Springtime Soirèe market I’m applying to will be hosted by Hot Girls Shop Small at Darling Authority (2322 Edgewater Drive) in College Park on April 28th from 11-4 PM.

— Accepted vendors will be contacted via email and must pay the vendor fee WITHIN 72 HOURS, otherwise the spot will be forfeited and offered to another vendor. 

— Accepted vendors will receive an outdoor space that is 10x10ft or space large enough to accommodate their food truck. Only vendors who are approved for the market are allowed to set up and sell their products- booth sharing is NOT PERMITTED! Vendors must bring their own tent, table, chairs, and any other necessary materials they may need. Vendors are required to bring weights (not stakes) for their tent and will not be allowed to setup without the use of weights. Vendors approved for electricity must bring extension cords and tape cords down.

— Electricity will be provided to vendors on a case by case basis. Please contact us if your business requires electricity for any use other than powering lights or fans. The use of gas generators is not permitted for any vendor other than food trucks.

— HGSS is a rain or shine event. In the case of severe weather, HGSS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the market to ensure the safety of everyone involved. NO REFUNDS will be given due to inclement weather or vendor cancellation.

— Vendors release Hot Girls Shop Small of any liability of possible damages to self or their business that may result from the typical activities of a vendor during a market.
