We DO NOT PRINT ON SATURDAY, SUNDAY, or Monday. Items ordered after 12:00 PM CST on Friday are printed and shipped on Tuesday. The expected delivery is within 1-7 days after we receive the order and the image. Please message me if you need a faster turnaround time.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR DTF HEAT PRESS
👚Please set your heat press to 315°F and pressure should be 70 psi and over
👚Place the transfer face up in position on the garment and cover it with a greaseproof sheet
👚Heat press for 15 seconds
👚Peel Hot
👚Once you have peeled away the transfer heat press for another 10 seconds to make it print more onto the fabric.
⚠️All images will be printed without watermarks once purchased. Please note that some colors may differ due to screen resolution and monitors.
Shipping: Transfers are printed once the order is placed. It's a pretty quick process. Each listing includes order fulfillment time lengths but it generally 1-3 days.
Priority Mail - We highly recommend that all orders be shipped via USPS Priority Mail which will provide tracking and insurance. If your package is lost or damaged you will need to contact USPS to file a claim.
Regular Shipping- If you select FREE shipping you are selecting GROUND shipping. If your package is lost or damaged after it leaves our shop YOU will have to file a claim with the Post Office.
Returns and Cancellations: We do not accept returns or cancellations once a transfer is printed. We will fix any issue that occurs due to our error. We have built a shop that provides excellent products, shipping times, and customer service. It is always our goal to continue doing so. If you need to have an item before a certain date then please message me and you can pay for guaranteed shipping. We have no control over shipping companies or the weather, if you do not receive an item when you need it there will be no returns. Please plan accordingly.
