I struggle with sciatica so bad that it has kept me awak at night. I use this a few times a day and before I go to bed, and I can sleep through the night without lightning pain shooting down my legs.
Woke up on Wednesday morning with a sudden onset of sciatica pain that made it difficult to walk.
